I have been using the V-Plus system regularly for several months and have noticed a huge change in the way I think. My husband and I are elderly and our many physical challenges were beginning to take a toll on our lives. We had even begun to discuss divorce because there were so many verbal battles. The raging was causing me to become physically ill. I just wanted to escape all the conflict, but had to stay because I had no way to support myself.
When I heard about the V-Plus program I bought it on impulse. Our only income then was social security and while I was waiting for the program I was saying, "Oh God, what have I gone and done!"
It is now months later. The dynamics of our relationship have changed. The fights have gone from 10's to 3's and still improving. I can't wait for morning so I can run the program the minute I jump out of bed. (Yes, I'm jumping out of bed!) When there are "barbs" in our conversation, they bounce off. CHANGES I HAVE EXPERIENCED FROM THE V-PLUS PROGRAM::::
Overcoming Depression:
Years ago I suffered major depression, so the other day when "that heavy feeling" descended on me I decided to try running the V-Plus program immediately. I was delighted! The heaviness lifted in 45 minutes to an hour and I felt totally CLEAR! It has not returned to this day.
Overcoming Rage:
Before I bought my own program, I called Cindy from my car one day to ask her to run the affirmations and especially to nullify rage.
I was furious about something that was said to me and though I kept trying to forgive, over and over, the rage did not leave.
I drove to some of my favorite spots trying to "simmer down". About an hour went by before I realized that ALL the rage was gone. Completely, totally GONE! Replaced with that wonderful "clear" feeling. I had a wonderfully free adventure the rest of the day and came home totally refreshed.
Overcoming Dread:
Dread descends on me sometimes when I have a really tough job that I wish I could avoid. It also appeared last night when I was supposed to go to a meeting that I just didn't want to go to.
I ran the V-Plus program as an experiment for the hour before I had to leave. All the resistence left....just as it does when I have to do a difficult task. I am finding this to happen consistently. Dreaded tasks become pleasant experiences...usually even exhilarating! I could easily officially retire at my age, but I am experiencing such a creative burst of energy that I love working now...far more than I did in younger years.
P.S. The V-Plus program will pay for itself because I am now working joyously every day. Before the V-Plus I had to drag myself to my workspace and only succeeded in doing so one or two times a week.

What you wrote was wonderful!....That all was exactly how I felt all day!..I even got up and for the first time in ages, just went out to the studio early in the morning and started painting with great freedom and joy!...not a thought about the rental...also, no anger residue!!
